- this is a story about the lives about people in medieval times things like castles and knights were also in this age.
- kings and queens
- may I be a freeman?
- no shall you not you are part of a manor and must do your duty!
- monks
- would you like to join my church?
- we will join the church!

- nobles
- kings were at the top of society and could do what they wanted and were really rich, they also decided things like if you could be a free man or join the military's.
- Knights
- monks would either copy and and write down books of knowledge and history, sometimes they would be chosen to go to schools to teach kids. but monks would just normally be at churches and places of worship.
- peasants
- I shall go and work over by the fields to gain my share of crops for dinner.
- nobles were rich and were given money and land by kings and priests. the land they were given was called a manor and many peasants worked there for a little money and 2% of all crops were split with the peasants.

- crops for Mr. William
- knights at a early age were sent to places to be trained their whole life then when old enough they were sent into battle to raid and loot kingdoms and would be paid later on for their duty.
- looks like my work is paying off!
- peasants had small homes and were very poor, most of them had many kids and worked in fields for nobles or were working on their own. they lived low lives and could barley afford anything.
