- I have had enough!!!, Thisbe!!
- There once lived 2 lovers, but their parents never let them see each other, but they could talk through a crack in the wall.One day Pyramus had enough, as he said to Thisbe through the wall.
- "Meet me by the tomb in the woods tonight" said Pyramus that night by the wall. That evening Thisbe arrived and saw no Pryamus. Suddenly a lion leapt out at her and she rushed into the tomb, and in her haste she dropped her shawl.The lion nuzzled the shawl and blood stained it.
- A moment later Pyramus came an saw the bloody shawl, and the lion he misunderstood. "Noo!! he cried then he drew his sword and fell on it spraying a mullberry bush red.
- At that moment Thisbe came out of the tomb and saw Pyramus lying there dying, with a cry she threw herself on him and she understood. She raised her face to the sky and asked the gods to let her loves blood stain the mullberry bush forever.
- Then she fell on the sword her self, and died only to join her love, for not even death could part them.
- And to this day Thisbes wish has stayed true to all mulberry bushes that are the scarlet of her loves blood.
