Billy and Sally's mom tells them it is important to play outside everyday!
Billy Loves playing with his cars. Sally wants to play too. She walks up to Billy and asks nicely.
"Hey, Billy! Can I play too?"
Billy doesn't like to share his favorite toys.
"No way! These are my toys, not yours! Get lost!"
Mom hears them and comes outside.
"You kids need to share!"
"whats sharing?"
Sharing is when you let someone else use what you have for a little while. Billy, when you let Sally play with some of your toys, that is sharing! We share to be nice and most of the time, playing together is more fun than by yourself!
Billy is angry about having to share with his sister
This stinks! I don't like to share my toys!
Later, Billy realizes he's having fun with Sally.
"Told you so, Billy!"
"Hey! this isn't half bad!"
The next day, Sally is playing alone with her dolls.
Billy sees her having fun and wants to play too!
"Of course you can, Billy! It's more fun when we play together."
"Hi, Sally! Can I play with you?"
Billy learns that sharing can be really fun! He can't wait to share with his friends.
