- The Fur trade was Frances most important business industry in the colonies. Recognizing Frances' profit, England bought land from Natives on French Settled Territory

- The French and Indian War was fought in America over the region known as Ohio River Valley. In Europe this was called the 7 year war.
- LOOK THERE THEY GO
- The Albany Plan was written to unite colonist to help fight in the war and work together. THis plan failed because British Government rejected it
- By fighting together we can win the war
- That's a great idea!!
- Attention everyone shouldn't we unite instead of fighting separately
- Britain won the war because they had larger populations, they could produce enough food and they controlled the sea.
- Because we have more food supplies, we control the waters, and we have way more people.
- We won before this war even started.
- And how can you be so sure of that mate
- Native Americans fought on both sides of the war but mainly french
- Well we're fighting with the french because they've been reliable to us
- We're fighting with the british because they said they'll let us settle in different areas
- yeah they're right the french trade with us the british don't.
- Hurry and sign so we can leave
- When the war was over, both sides signed the 1763 Treaty of Paris. France was forced to give up land in North America that they had originally settled on.
