- Hi my name is Awad and I plan to talk about the civil war.
- Cause of the War
- One cause of the Civil War is John Browns Raid.
- Start of the war
- The start of the war was at Fort Sumter.
- The civil war is important because it is how slavery ended and it was caused because of slavery.Slavery also separated The North and South of the United States.
- Union War Efforts
- One union war Effort is the Anaconda plan
- John Browns is a important person because John Brown is a abaloshienist and killer that cut his teeth off.He wanted to stop slavery.He was killed for what he did. And he gave weapons to slaves.So he could of caused the war because
- Confederacy of the War
- In the war the confederates burned all their supplies.
- Fort Sumter is an important place because that is where the Civil war started.It was first attacked by the confederates and that is how the war started.
- Legacy of the War
- The legacy was that after slavery ended the North and South will be united.
- One Union war Effort was the North's blockade Which is the Anaconda plan.It was a union war effort because it helped the North and affected the south because they could not get supplies.
- The confedarates burned all their supplies so they wont lose them.They burned their supplies because the didn't want the union to take them and use them.
- So the legacy after the war was at a big cost and so the South will need to repair itself so it will become united with the North and slavery will end and they wont have any conflicts.
