- I think we should propose to board that we should decrease the wages of our employees. 
- That's a good idea! I always think that it's way too much for them.

- We should fight for our petition so they can hear our voice and realize they need to increase our salary.
- This situation represents the Bourgeoise and Proletariat. It also shows that the other group has the power to control the society while the other group lacks the power but still maintain their own beliefs and norms.
