  • The lifestyle guidelines are things that you should do to maintain a healthy lifestyle. For example, things like healthy habits, eating healthy foods, getting regular checkups, avoiding drugs and alcohol, and exercising are all examples of healthy guidelines. Versus the bad examples of a lifestyle guideline, like eating too much junk food, not getting enough sleep, smoking, drinking a lot, and not exercising a lot. These lifestyle guidelines are essential because they show you whether a lifestyle is healthy enough.
  • WHY IS NUTRITION MAJOR?
  • Nutrition is major because a healthy diet comes with many benefits, and a non healthy diet can also come with problems. It is also important that we are eating enough nutrients a day. We should also make sure we eat in all food groups. The five food groups are grains, dairy, vegetables, protein, and fruits. It is good to eat these in a balanced meal as it gives us energy for the day.
