- Excitement fills the air. Timmy woke up to be greeted with celebration as his family surprises him with presents and a magnificent cake for his 12th birthday. Without hesitation, Timmy grabbed a big slice of cake and waited for his friends to arrive.

- To all, Timmy was a very normal 12 year old kid. At school, he was known to be smart and likeable, admired by his teachers and peers. He had good grades and enjoyed playing games with his friends.
- While playing, something felt off to Timmy. Normally, Timmy was an athletic young boy. But today, he was unusually tired after running for only a few minutes.

- Next morning, Timmy was sick and even more tired than before. He also noticed that his face was puffy, as if he was allergic to something.
- So, Timmy told his parents about these unusual symptoms. Concerned, his parents decided to take him to the hospital.

- When Timmy arrived at the hospital, the doctors were confused. They didn't know what Timmy had. It couldn't be allergies, viruses, or infections, so what could it be?
