- This was a battle mainly over water, even though Carthage was better over water Rome won.

- This was a war in the Alps that Carthage used elephants but still lost.
- The 3rd war ended when Rome destroyed the city and sold all the people into slavery or killed them.
- In the end Rome ended up gaining all of Carthage’s land, and Carthage lost it all.
- Carthage a lot of land in North Africa and Spain.
