- What if Macbeth killed Duncan? Will the witches prophecies about me come true?
- Our chief guest! We invite you to our supper. Will you be going riding this afternoon?
- Yes, and Fleance shall join me too. I may be late for the supper.
- Banquo is the only man in Scotland I fear. If the witches prophecy is true, I will not have an heir, and killing Duncan may have simply cleared the way for Banquo's descendants to overthrow my family.
- You have every reason to kill Banquo, your enemy. I want him and his son dead by tonight.
- We are true men. We will kill them both.
- Banquo shall die tonight!
