- As one of the many rules that the delegates came out but they came up with another big one which was the Electoral College, States would be given a specific number of electors equal to the number of Senators and representatives Which made up the Electoral College
- The Great Compromise also included the three-fifth clause which was 5 and 7 Americans would count as three free people. The use 3/5 because it cause greater power
- The delegates decided on one of their most important issues for the new nation which was The organization of the Constitution and put it into seven articles, the delegates approve the final draft which was signed 2 days after the agreement of the Constitution.
