- Hey! My name is Abina, and I will be explaining to you how electricity works in Ghana!
- Just note Ghana is not doing well in the electricity field. Ghana is located in West Africa, so things aren't going so well in neighbouring countries as well.

- You see, electricity in Ghana is mainly produced by the Volta Grid Company. In Ghana, the main sources of electricity is Hydro, Wind, Solar, and fossil fuels.
- Then, the electricity is distributed by the Ghana Grid Company through the power lines they make.

- But there's a problem. If fossil fuels like coal or diesel are being used, then greenhouse gas emissions are probably occurring as well. And large scale infrastructure products to produce that electricity are being used, then the natural habitats of Ghana's animals can be harmed. Also, air pollution is already in play. So, what possible better options are better in this scenario?
- Maybe we could make a grid system to optimize distribution. This can include advanced monitoring systems, and possibly a sort of hand out system to improve efficiency.
