- Phaethon and Epuphas had a race, which Phaethon won. Epuphas was bragging about his dad so Phaethon made up lies about how he drove the sun chariot.
- Climax
- This is easy!
- Phaethon starts his journey to his dad. Phaethon went to drive the sun chariot to prove to Epuphas. He took a break and Apollo's spy bird came and picked him up in a carpet.
- Falling action
- What is that?
- What is happening!?
- When Phaethon got to his dad's palace, he promises Phaethon that he can get a request and it can be anything. Phaethon requested to drive the sun chariot. After a little argument he did promise so he let him ride it.
- Resolution
- Why did it have to end like that!
- Phaethon was on the right path with sun chariot butwanted to prove Epuphus that is was him driving thesun chariot.
- When Phaethon decided to this he burned down his village when he go close. When he tried to get back on the path he went to high that he froze rivers.
- Zeus saw this and decided to take action. He hurleda lighting bolt at Phaethon which killed him.
