- There was this boy I liked it was the minister he wasn't chinese but as white as snow, but, little did I know he was celebrating at our house
- I was so nervous to see him. What would he think of our shaby chinese Christmas.
- he looked at our meals weirdly. Instead there being a turkey, mashed potatos, stuffing and gravy, it was all of these chinese dishes, and it consisted of a fish.
- then my mom notices me blushing in embaressment.
- And to embaress me even more my dad pointed towards the fish cheeks, which was my favorite part. I almost died it felt like.
- Why be emberassed you are chinese girl not american girl. It doesn't matter what other people think of you.
- I felt so weird and I was about to cry from so much embaressment from my family being so noisy and obnoxious.
- then we went to my room.
- And from that day forward I would always remember that.
- I understand that you want be american girl so I gave you a skirt for Christmas but just remember that on the inside you will be chinese , but on the outside you can be american girl.
