  • Well a lot of reasons like consistency and a healthy diet.

  • Well for one, you have to have a lot of food to support your muscle growth.

  • Foods with a lot of protein, carbohydrates, and some fat.

  • Yes, hydration can extremely benefit athletic performance by balancing all of the bodily functions.
  • So does that mean I have to drink a lot of fluids?

  • Studies have shown that a gallon to half a gallon is the best for hydration. And typically water too.
  • Oh that makes sense. How much should I drink?
