It´s a brisk November day when i see the sunlight shine into my eyes through the blinds. I look over to my wife who isn't there i think that i hope that she didn't stay up all night preparing the thanksgiving dinner for the family.
I get up and go to find her and of course i find her in the kitchen and she looks like she ready to pass out. I try to tell her that she needs to sleep and i will handle the rest. She looked as pale as a ghost and she still resisted at first but she know that she was was at the end of her thread and went to bed.
When i originally told her that i would finish the rest i forgot i didn't know how to cook and i guess she forgot to because she was so tired. At this point i didn´t know what i was supposed to do i couldn't wake my wife up to do it.
By the grace of god the phone starts ringing with the answer to my problems. My oldest daughter was calling to see if her mom needed help the cooking. I told her my situation and she told me she would be right over.
With that problem solved their was nothing left for me to do but to get chair out go the garage so everyone can sit at the table. I realized that i didn't want to take the chairs out and the boys can do it themselves when they get here.
Maybe it was my old age or laziness but i decide to go back to bed. I didn't care about how my daughter was going to get into the house. All i wanted was to sleep. The end.
