- Ulrich and George are part of a three-generation feud between land that is on Ulrich's land and are mad at each outher
- one night ulrich went out in to his forast because he knew george was poaching on his laand and when he found him nither expected a tree to fall down on top of them and they argued to each outher
- eventually, Ulrich offers his friendship and says to Georg that he is the first one to be helped when his men get there then Georg sees something in the distance but can't tell with the blood on his eyes
