- Should I say hi to her?
- Or should I wait for her to greet me?
- Hi! My name is Oliver, nice to meet you!
- Oliver starts a conversation with the girl.
- Hello Oliver! I'm Sarah, nice to meet you too!
- Then the girl responds to his message.
- Do you know where can I buy groceries around here?
- After receiving her feedback, he asked her a question.
- Yes, I can show you the nearest store around here. Also, are you new here?
- Then Sarah responded to his message and also asked him a question.
- He replied to her question.
- Yes, I just transferred here.
- Sure, thanks!
- Oliver agrees and thanks Sarah.
- Is that so? Well then, I'll show you around here.
- Then Sarah sends her feedback to him.
- The Process of Communication is started when an individual develops an idea on how they will start a conversation to another. Then the receiver of the message will respond back to the sender which is called feedback.
