- This is actually really good...
- I loved buying picking out books to read but I could never finish a book. I would always read the first chapter then loose interest which would create piles on unread books in my room.
- Brought Out Emotions
- My mom would take my sisters and I to Books-A-Million as a treat to pick out some books for the school year. I would only pick up books that were pink, purple, or looked girly. But when I was roaming the halls during our yearly visit, I noticed a "New York Times Bestseller". I discovered The Immoral Thing About Jellyfish.
- Couldn't Put the Book Down
- As soon as I got home from Books-A-Million I immediatly started reading. Unlike other books, this book held my attention and was so interesting to me. I had a hard time putting it down and fell in love with the plot and characters.
- Opened My Eyes to New Books
- This book brought out emotions in me. I never thought a book could make me cry, expecially because it takes a lot to make me cry, but I could relate this book. I created a bond with the main character because I was going through similar stuff she was going through.
- I would constantly read my book. I was excited and eager to read for once.
- After reading The Immoral Thing About Jellyfish I have a new perspective on reading. I now explore books with all kinds of covers and do not stay tied down to one genre.
