- Hi my name is Joyce an Early childhood educator international student. I decided to take this program because since when I was in high school I have a genuine love and passion working with children for me it is a personal fulfillment in witnessing a child's growth achievement and development.
- Throughout my seven weeks as an Early Childhood Education student at Centennial , I discovered my weakness.
- Overcoming my weaknesses as an Ece student is valuable step toward personal and professional growth. Here are some strategies to help you address and improve your weaknesses.
- Utilize resources, take advantage of academic resources such as tutoring , study groups , or additional readings to improved your knowledge and skills in specific area.
- First, do a self reflection start with the feedback by identifying on what areas you having difficulties. Reflect to the coursework, experiences , and feedback from the professor.
- Seek support , don't be afraid to ask for help. Reach out to professors, advisors, or mentors who can offer guidance and resources to help you overcome your weaknesses.
