- This darn snow, its getting all in my boots.

- I Can´t wait to see Charlie again!!!
- Well I cant come back now. He would be so annoyed.
- Person VS Self
- Iḿ sorry Maám, but Charles is at school right now.
- Ok, thank you for letting me know. I will be on my way now.
- You have to be kidding me.
- Lovely young lad he is, that Charlie boy.
- In this box, Lyddie is on her way to her dadś farm and she is also going to visit her brother, Charlie. At first Lyddie was not completely on board with leaving the mill for a little while but with some motivation from Triphena Lyddie went with it but was still doubtful. Lyddie continues walking through the thick and tall snow piles.
- Lyddie is now more on board with the plan and she is excited to see Charlie. Lyddie does however momentarily think about how she could mess up, but she continues forwards. Lyddieś feet are now more cold and soar from the walk and snow piles.
- Lyddie has arrived at the mill Charlie works at and finds out that he is at school and the owners of the mill are growing fond of him. Lyddie is jealous and is upset that they are replacing her but she fights it back and politaly leaves the mill. On the way to her fatherś farm, Lyddie is silently debating coming back another time and seeing Charlie. Then she feels that it would embarrass him and she decides not to go back even though it would tear her up inside not seeing him for a while.
