- The Shop steward went to CCMA to represent the workers of ABC Holdings company

- We understand that all companies are affected by covid-19, but the companies have to keep their promises to the employees especially when they are in the form of contract. your company better solve the complaints of employee before it involve the court.
- CCMA send an email to the ABC Holdings company about their employees complaints

- As the management we decided to offer 4% increase to our employee then we will hear from them if they take it, then we increase 2% again when the company recovered.
- The ABC Holdings company manager respond to CCMA through email

- As the management we will give you the 6% increase you requested, but for now can we give you 4% and increase again by 2% when the company recovered. we understand that its been long time with no increase as soon as the company start to recover your wages will also increase
