She has found many healthy food options such as strawberries, kiwis, mushrooms, bananas, etc. She is doing this because she wants to live a healthier life than she has been. She asks the hero if these are good options and the hero tells her that it is.
- Yes! These are much healthier food choices! I'm so glad you are making the right decisions.
- I found some options that could help improve my health. Are these good food choices?
- Here, movement girl is telling the mom on how she can help Tommy become more active. She is explaining how living a sedentary life can lead to many consequences that Tommy would not want in the future. She is telling Tommy's mom that she should share this information with him to hopefully get him out of his rooms and to become more active.
- That's a good idea. I will go talk to him right now.
- Well, the first thing you can do isthat you can talk to him about the consequences of living a sedentary life. You can explain that it can cause diabetes, obesity, and more. Which should hopefully motivate Tommy to be more active.
