- thats right it also guarantees rights like freedom of speech and more
- 1st Amendment
- so you see here this reporter is making the final copies of the news paper and she does not have to filter it because of the first Amendment

- ya also this amendment was first created for unresonable searches and seizures
- 3rd Amendment
- the 3rd amendent says that the people do not have to house soldiers
