- Hannah, a 20 year old college student, knows that she should to go to the gym but does not have enough motivation to go. She needs to decide between the gym and lazing around.

- She checks out .... to see what she would be doing at the gym today (its leg day) when she receives a workout request from her friend Amy.
- This is great for Hannah because she wants to see her friend and also go to the gym. Her friend asking her motivates her to go.
- I got a new personal best today with Amy, I maybe I should share my update!

- When Hannah gets home she feels mentally and physically great because she hit a new personal best, she wants to tell her other gym friends!
