- Siddhartha Gautama's mother, Queen Maya's is pregnant and has been for 10 months.
- Father, I want to fulfill my duty of being a Religious leader.
- A few years later. Siddhartha's father, KingSuddhodana, wanted to make his son's life as pleasant as possible and wanted him to be the next king.
- But son, I want you to live a pleasant life and not leave the palace.
- At 16 years old Siddhartha got married to Princess Yasodhara, and together they had a son named Rahula. They lived in three luxury palaces that King Suddhodana built for them.
- At 29, Siddhartha went to visit the city with his charioteer to see what the "real world' was about. On his first sighting he saw an old man, his body broken by life, leaning on a staff and Siddhartha was confused because he never saw people in poor conditions .

- Siddhartha wanted to go on a second visit to the city, and he saw a sick man lying by the roadside.
- Oh no... He looks so ill.
- The Buddha taught that by following the Eightfold Path, one can achieve enlightenment and liberation from suffering. The Eightfold Path is a set of guidelines taught by the Buddha to help people over come suffering and attain enlightenment
