- Well, that wasn't as bad as I thought but I'm a bit concerned at how medical this tattoo place looks, maybe its a clip art issue again ;)I do rather fancy getting the other ones done asap though. And training has gone well too and I'm away again for the weekend as well. Can't help but feel something is missing though . . . . something/one Elphie-like; maybe if I look to the Western sky . . .

- Bloody half-term spoiling my plans, crappy office needing me to be in for a day, sodding commute, f**king lack of treadmill, bastard too few hours in the day, all this course work all of a sudden, schizzio all going really well, no time to train me . . . They're first world problems I know but FFS everyone deserves a chance to fly, don't they?
- And why do I seem to be the only person in the office? Surely I'm not the only person trying to hide during half-term.Ste's tattoo looks nice though, bit small mind but its a strong start considering I never thought he'd get one; ever. Wonder what he'll do next?

- Happy Friday AKA Comic Day,Like last week I hope you're feeling better and not melting yourself, I know you're busy and I hope you're balancing it all and as always I can distract you if not :)I'm away this weekend, its Wales time for me as Cymru are playing England and I'm making my pilgrimage. My tattoo experience was interesting, I was rather nervous and couldn't watch, daft I know and it wasn't uncomfortable or anything I just couldn't look. My training has been ok this week, feeling better and the hamstring is much better, my back was bad but yoga sorted it. I'll send a photo of the view from the hotel this weekend.Take care and have a good one
