- In India, everyone is given an equal opportunity to work in the public sector. No matter what your background or social status is, you will be given the same opportunity to showcase your skills and abilities.

- In India, all children are given free education

- Right to Constitutional Remedies
- If a citizen feels that one of her or his rights has been violated, he or she may request the supreme court to issue the appropriate writ for the restoration of his or her tights.
- The Indian Constitution prohibits the traffic in human beings to prevent kids from being exploited.The law forbids children below the age of fourteen from working in positions that are considered hazardous
- The Indian Constitution guarantees its citizens the right to freedom of speech, assembly, and the ability to travel freely around India.However, with this privilege comes responsibility; for example, one must not commit offenses or behave inappropriately
- The Constitution of India not only lists Fundamental rights, but also prescribes remedies against their violation. If a citizen feels that one of their rights has been violated by an executive order, they may request the Supreme Court to issue an appropriate writ for restoration.
