- Cindy falls face flat on her bed exhausted after along day at work. Her phone beeps with message and photos from her excited friends showing off on the trip she was too busy to make. Feeling sad and empty as she realized that her work, which was the only aspect of her life she had abit of control over was crashing.

- Cindy had just been moved to a higher role with more responsibilities and was now struggling with the unbearable deadlines. In addition to this, the other aspects of her life-relationship, health, goal were all not working. She had tons of messages from missed appointments and most especially, missed dates with her boyfriend Andy. She was in a big mess,she could no longer organize herself only aspect she initially had control of.

- Looking across the room, she is more burdened as sherealizes that she had again, missed her morning. Cindy battled with ulcer as she tried using her lunch hours to meet deadlines. Lack of physical activities,long working hours, poor diet and lack of sleep working made her look a mess and gain a few pounds. She needed a push in the right direction.

- Still on her phone, an Instagram post pops up, its Lisafrom her school days. Lisa is happily married and now a mother of 2, working asa designer in one of the best firms and on top of it all, she looks great andin shape??? How is she able to handle all of this? She’s got all the pieces ofher life together Cindy thought!
- Cindy scrolls down Lisa page wondering when she’d get to that stage in her life, when she stumbles on Lisa’s interview where she mentioned the Synergized app as the secrete to her well organized life. Cindy downloads the app on the Appstore, goes through the welcome and sign-in page and stumbles upon what she had been looking for- a page connecting and categorizing the most important aspect of her life she needed to fix, under 4life dimension and all in one place!

- Each life dimension had 2 boards with options to create tasks and sub task. She could customize her board using labels, filters themes and colors to match her style, mood, and personality. As she goes through each life dimension boards she realizes that they reminded her of some daily activities she wished never to miss, so she goes on to create short tasks to do before midnight, then sub tasks and finally schedules them
