we do understand that ms April but there is nothing we can do covid-19 has affected us so badly
after going through our financial reports we have notice that we can only afford a 1% raise
1% raise is so low the workers dont deserve that we want 7%
the workers also have families to feed

i was also expecting something bigger than that. we dont agree with that
the company says they can only afford 1% raise lockdown has affected them as a campany
that is so liittle what are we suppose to do with that. after 5 years with no raise and that is what they can offer?
our workers are not happy with this 1% raise. they had their last raise 5 years back they dont deserve this

The union and the Management have they first meeting placing their demand. the union demand a 7% raise in salaries

After consulting with the workers the union came back with the response to the management.
we have decide to increase our offer to 2% and thats all we can offer
another meeting is held the union decrease their demand to 5%
after having consultations with the workers we have agreed to lower our demand to 5%.
we thank the workers for that decision and we are pleased to hear that
the management held a meeting and decided to raise their offer to a 2% increase.
the unions has lowed their demand to 5% i think it will be fair if we also increase our offer
the union and the management have another meeting
