- Once upon a time there was a really angry man called Dick. Ever since he was a little boy he thought he was the only one in the world with a really challenging life on Earth and that no one else should be happy if he wasn’t. He never felt loved and he thought that he didn’t belong or fit in with society.
- Why is he so angry?

- One day, he was walking down the street when he tripped with an igneous rock called Ignacio. He was really mad at Ignacio so he started to yell at him that he was useless and that he had the easiest life on Earth. Ignacio didn’t agree with that so he made him a proposal to come with him and go through Ignacio’s cycle together.
- Ouch! You dumb rock!
- I'm sorry ok?
- Your life is so easy! Unlike mine now don't you ever make me trip again!
- But, I don't agree with what you said.
- Dick thought about for a moment, but then he realized that he had no friends or family so he didn’t have anything more important to do so he decided to say yes to Ignacio. In an instant, Ignacio used his magic to transform him into an igneous rock and they both started their journey.
- WOW! How did you do that?
- Haha! And our journey begins!
- First, they went to an area in the city where there was a lot of rain and wind. They waited there for a little while, and all of a sudden Dick and Ignacio started to break. Dick started to worry a lot, he was really scared that he was going to die. But, Ignacio explained to him that it was only the first part of the process. He told him that they were just going through weathering and erosion and they soon would become sediments!!!
- Don't worry! We are just turning into sediments!
- WAIT! Why am I breaking?
- When they were sediments, they met other sediments and became friends with them. Especially with a sediment named Sedina. She was a really lovely girl and they spent time talking and telling each one where they came from.
- Hi! I'm Sedina!
- Hi! I'm Dick!
- Hi! I'm Ignacio!
- Everything was fine, until all of a sudden, everyone started pushing and squeezing each other. They were getting so close that even plants and small particles close to them started to join and compact. And, Ignacio explained, because of compaction and cementation, together they all became a sedimentary rock!!! Dick was really squished and no one could move. It was really uncomfortable and you could hear every sediment complaining about it but Sedina told everyone to calm down, since this wouldn’t last very long since it was just one part of their cycle as rocks.
