Time Utility: Having a product available at a certain time of year or convenient time of day. Examples: Most people enjoy cupcakes as dessert for lunch or dinner. Having them available for purchase during those hours. Having premixed recipes and items to make cupcakes at home accessible during grocery store hours. Having holiday themed cupcakes right before that particular holiday.
Possession Utility: The exchange of a product for some monetary value. Example: Being able to purchase cupcakes with cash, credit, and checks.
