- Hi,I live in the Northwest Coast in a wood house with cedar totem poles and we have a habit of building totem poles.we catch fish using fish traps made from willow and cedar trees. My favorite is salmon and I am wearing cedar bark clothing that is waterproof.
- Hi, I live in the Southwest region in a Adobe Pueblo apartment with ladders to get around. Since we are in a hot desert we grow crops to survive and make our food. These crops include corn, beans, and squash. We also grow cotton to make our clothes that we sew. We store our food in clay pots.
- Hi, I live in the Plateau region in a home under ground. We change our home every season and it is hard work.I am standing on a flatland and behind me are rolling hills and gorges. What I am wearing on my head is a woven grass basket hat. Our biggest food source is a camas root and we dig it using a digging stick with an animal horn.
- Hi, I live in the Great Plains region in a tepee made from buffalo skins.We always hunt buffalo everyday to make our homes, our clothes, and even our tools.I am wearing a blanket as my clothing and on the floor is our buffalo hide shield painted with our dreams.we also eat the buffalo that we find.The Great Plains is a treeless grassland.
