- Moli and her family are hunters and gatherers . They hunt for animals for their meat and gather berries, nuts and plants for food. They move from place to place to gather food.
- I am going to collect some corns
- Hey Moli, where are you going?
- One day, while returning home Moli tripped and fell and spilled all the berries and corn all over the ground.
- Seriously!
- Now we don't have anything for dinner
- Oh no!!
- They returned a couple of weeks later to find grown corn that was dropped by Moli earlier.
- This is the exact spot where I fell
- The corn must have grown from the corn kernels.
- Once the people started farming and found long term solutions , they didn't need to move after the animals because they had food in one place which meant they could build permanent houses and settle there.
- Once farming got more advanced people came together to farm and eventually formed a village.
- I'm going to pick corn.
- Wait Moli. What are you doing today?
- Later they learned how to make tools that will help them farm and do other things such as cook, play and make clothes.
