- Hey JM, what are you doing ATM?
- I am in the car driving to Manila
- No don't worry I'm fine. I don't plan on having accidents if that's what you mean.
- Everyday, we witness different road accidents everywhere because of the poor road safety among drivers.And in order to avoid accidents, we must learn the road safety and it's important.
- THIS STORYBOARD IS ABOUT ROAD SAFETY
- Road Safety are the methods and measures aimed at reducing the likelihood or the risk of persons using road network getting involved in a collision or an incident that may cause property damages, serious injuries and/or death.
- What is Road Safety?
- An accident happened, a private car crashed with another car. They were severely injured and were transported in the ambulance a few minute ago. It was reported that the private vehicle driver was using his phone while driving
- Why is it important to know road safety?
- Knowing the traffic rules and applying them can prevent us from getting involved in a car accident and save us the pain and costs of a traffic ticket due to a violation.
- Diane reiterated that we witness different road accidents due to poor road safety among drivers
- IMPORTANT TRAFFIC RULES TO FOLLOW TO ENSURE SAFETY WHILE DRIVING
- Always wear a seatbelt.Avoid distractions.Do not cross the speed limits.Service your car regularly.Follow traffic signals.Maintain lane discipline.Be careful during bad weather.Maintain a safe distance.Give way for emergency vehicles
