- The Reachdeep team is in the subway at this very moment, chasing Tom and trying to prevent an outbreak of the Cobra virus.

- Thomas Cope, otherwise known as Archimedes, is self contradicting himself. He starts becoming even more paranoid than usual, thinking he is being watched and questioning his instincts.

- While Alice and Hopkins are trailing him, Tom Cope managed to destroy his bioreactor and escape into the subway. The team chases him throughout the subway and as Tom is running, he is looking for a place to plant his bomb.
- The Cobra Event had been picked up by news and reporters, who were on the spot reporting. The Cobra Virus had gone unnoticed by the press and public until the subway pursuit.
- Hopkins and Alice apprehend Tom Cope and have him arrested. This came after a long and exhausting chase through the metro tunnels.
- The virus was released into the atmosphere after Cope's bomb detonated in the subway. With its explosion, it killed Mark Littleberry.
