Macbeth plot

- The three witches make plans to meet with Macbeth, thane of Glames.
- There has been a battle between Scotland and Norway. King Duncan rewarded Macbeth and Banquo for their courage by making Macbeth the new thane of Cawdor.
- Macbeth and Banquo meet the witches. The witches tell Macbeth that he shall be thane of Cawdor, and then he shall be King.
- Macbeth delivers the news of his promotion to his wife, Lady Macbeth. He also tells her of his encounter with the witches and the prophecies that they foretold. Lady Macbeth suggests the idea of killing the current King.
- The King visits Macbeth at his castle at Glames. Later that night, he killed the king as his wife had instructed him to.
- The dead kings son, Malcolm, joined forces with Macduff and they dress as a forest and kill Macbeth whilst in battle. Malcolm is proclaimed king.
