Each branch decides whether the new decision is beneficial to The Land of the Outcasts. The government is very split. The common people in the government want what's best for the community. The Chief Executive of Community on the other hand, just wants to ruin the neighborhoods.
- 2. Alright. Next topic. I think that we should punish the citizens the way that we always have. We send them a threatening message so they try to flee the neighborhood, then the police chase 'em down and catch 'em.
