- On Sunday 28 June 1914 Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria and his wife decided to take a royal visit to Sarajevo in Bosnia
- A group of 6 teenagers apart of the secret society come to Sarajevo with the mission of assassinating Franz Ferdinand. All of them had poison which they promised to swallow once the mission was complete.
- When the cars drove past Cabriolvic (one of the 6 assassins) attempted to throw a grenade at them.
- But the aim was bad so the bomb bounced off the target’s car and hit other people. He tried to take the poison but it was too old and didn’t work, and was arrested.
- Gavrilo Princip saw the failure of the mission and decides to head to a local café. That’s when the driver of of the Franz Ferdinand takes the wrong route and ends up at the same place as Princip. So Princip felt lucky and managed to shoot Franz Ferdinand a long with his wife.
- All plotters got caught and were taken to jail except for Mehmedbasic. All of them were way too young for the death penalty but whoever organized Ferdinand’s assassination's was hanged.
