- I always feel curious about how we are able to cook every food we eat using fire and gas.
- Well, it's simple. When food or liquids become hot, their molecules absorb energy, begin vibrating rapidly, and start to bounce off of each other. As they collide, heat energy is produced and transferred, which warms and cooks our food.

- I just read something in a book relating to an electric water heater. Apparently, An electric water heater works essentially the same way as a gas water heater. It brings cold water through the dip tube.
