  • Good to see you, yes he is 14 years old. Yes, he seems confused, aggressive towards his siblings, don't want to get off the computer, stays up late in the night, & misses his online classes in the morning.
  • During the pandemic, one recommendation which can assist a child who is experiencing emotional, physical, physiological, cognitive and social traumas is allowing him/her to create a physical and social environment. Children may be bored and can lead to increased anxiety and worry. Parents may help such children by engaging them in activities such as outdoor games & conversations, music as well as other creative ideas.
  • The families came outside in the backyard to sit and take in some fresh air. Communicating with each and informing the child as to more information on the pandemic and public safety threats. There were deep breathing & meditation exercises to reduce the level of stress & worries.
