- I want to hear the Siren's song, but I want me and my crew to live!
- Odyseuss wanted to hear what all the fuss about the Siren's song is, but he needed a plan on how to without getting him and his crew killed!
- Note: Contrary to popular belief, Sirens are not mermaids. They are actually half-bird half-woman! They lure their victims in with their songs, and then lead them to destruction of their ship or something else.
- So, Odyseuss devised a plan. He would stuff his crew's ears with wax, and have himself tied to the ship. He told them that if he tried to break free from the ropes, the crew would tighten them.
- Now, to see if it works.
- Here they are!
