- The distance look method is an exercise which requires you to increase the distance between you and an object while you are still looking at the object and they eye meditation is an exercise that consists of a person closing their eyes and trying to make numbers#160; and shapes while closing their eyes.

- Max is curious about how long he is supposed to follow the method. Andy tells him that he is suppsed to perform the method for 5 months.
