- Germany is forced to accept the negotiations otherwise the other countries will wage war on them. Everyone is distrustful of Germany, which makes Germany angry.

- Countries started making all kinds of new technology to help defeat their enemies. They made things like poison gas, zeppelins, machine guns, flamethrowers, etc.
