- It´s end of term at the University of York. Helena has been busy with uni work in her dorm all morning, and now she is ready to eat.

- To save time, Helena decides to order takeaway. She already knows what she wants to eat. Helena picks her phone to order via the Deliveroo app.
- After waiting so long, the pizza will definitely get cold. And I have to tip 2 drivers!
- Helena quickly put 2 separate orders together: Domi Restaurant had an offer for pizza & drink and Alpha Restaurant has her favorite Tiramisu.
- Well, I guess I make pasta for lunch today after all, its faster!
- Before paying for her orders, Helena decided to check delivery time for each of them. The pizza will take 1 hour to be delivered, and the tiramisu will take 30 minutes.
- The pizza will probably arrive cold and Helena would have to tip 2 drivers for 2 separate deliveries. This frustrated Helena.
- Helena decided to cook herself instead as it´s definitely faster than waiting 1.5 hours and cheaper as well.
