- This officer here arrested my friend Jason on a charge that goes against the second amendment. She did not read him his Miranda rights, did not allow him a lawyer, nor was there any trial to determine the crime.
- In addition, the firearm in question was seized illegally by the Blair County Sheriff's Office. This officer also abused Jason, beating him multiple times, as you can see from these bruises on his arms and face. This isn't just a violation of law, this is a violation of federal laws and constitutional amendments. This case is addressing not only the crimes of one person, but the corruption of the Sheriff's Department here in Blair County. I posit that Jason is completely and totally innocent.

- I find the defendant, Officer Marley Kincaid, guilty under all charges, including assault and battery, Unreasonable seizure of a legal firearm, false imprisonment, breaking the Second, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth constitutional amendments. A further investigation will be launched to uncover any other corruption may be going on within the Blair County Sheriff's Department. This court is now Adjourned.
