- Light first has to be captured by the plant then the plants absorb the CO2 and make it into food which is also known as glucose. This is also called Photosynthesis.
- After the photosynthesis happens, you will see an animal, like our cow perform cellular respiration
- As you see here, the cow is eating the plant which is giving the cow carbon, then while the cow breathes, CO2 is released.
- Sadly, the cow has died, but the mushroom you see on the left it going to break down the cows dead body and since there is carbon inside the cow it will be released into the air. In other words, this mushroom is performing decomposition. This is also like a food chain since the mushroom consumes the cow.
- This train is a great example fossil fuels because when you use this train, puts carbon dioxide in the air and since people use trains daily, tons of extra co2 is getting added into the atmosphere. this process can also be identified as fossilization.
- Humans are big contributers to this problem because we are the ones that are doing combustion, which is the burning of fossil fuels.
- When gases containing carbon move between the oceans surface and the atmosphere its called diffusion, that is whats happening here!
- Now, i will restart the carbon cycle and start by performing photosynthesis! This cycle will keep on repeating over and over again.
