- The Exposition is the Sniper on the rooftop during war. He just sits there waiting for a good shot on the enemy. He waits patiently on the rooftop hiding.
- Climax
- The inciting incident is when the Sniper lights the cigar and the old lady sees the smoke from the cigar that he lit so it gave away his spot.
- Falling Action
- The rising action is when the Sniper shoots the old lady next to the gutter in the road. She is now dead because of the Sniper.
- Resolution
- The climax is when the Sniper shoots at the enemy and hits him.
- The falling action is the Sniper finds out that the enemy he shot was actually his brother.
- There really is no resolution besides in the end he feels bad and has wavering feeling towards the war. But is safe for the time being and is not dead.
