- So, Max, this is your new home, I have to make sure I have to tell you about the fire safety rules.

- Alright lets start, so if you would, follow me, I would like to sit and talk about on how to make a fire escape plan.
- In order to make a fire escape, I would recommend to make a layout of thee whole house and make 2 fast exit routes out of each room to get to safety, practice your fire escape plan so you can be ready to escape. And please make sure to have every room well lit.
- Sounds very important, I will make sure to do that.Alright then, I will be right behind you!
- I would also suggest to keep all flammable items, including cigars and cloth, away from things that can potentially cause a fire, like a stove or a fireplace.Now lets go to the kitchen, I want to show you something that is 100% needed.
- So, this kitchen, does not have a smoke alarm, you need one in every room, they alert you if there is a fire. AND if you, yourself, do catch on fire, stop, drop, and roll. That is a very important safety tip.
- Oh wow, I did not know that! I will install a smoke alarm here! I also read that you have to have your floors cleared so you wont trip and fall during a fire, is that correct?!
