To start, OCU offers a comprehensive, Christ centered, and biblically integrated education in the Wesleyan tradition. Ohio Christian University equips students to serve effectively in the church and society.
Through prayer, servant leadership, community service, and other Christ focused traits, OCU trains us to be Christian servant leaders who have a positive impact on the world.
OCU also instructs students on how to lead by helping others. This immediately fosters a servant's heart environment.
The leaders of OCU offer a variety of training sessions to help the students succeed in their careers. The training sessions cover life skills, leadership, and communication skills.
Let's also take into consideration the four C's that our students are taught...
1. Critical Thinking2. Creativity3. Collaboration4. Communication
OCU also aims to provide students with experiences and engagements that will help them focus on leadership while maintaining a high academic standard.
Last but not least, instructors also teach students how to set goals and how to go above and beyond to reach them.
